Travel in style with this gorgeous 31' class C motorhome with a large living room slide out. She is a massive Ford E-450 Super Duty with a Triton V-10 6.4-liter engine which gives 305 horsepower and 420 ft./lbs. of torque. This is truly the "Queen of the Road"! They just don’t get much bigger than this in the class-C range. This unit is in great condition and extremely reliable with very low miles. It has been very well taken care of and maintained regularly. No CDL license required and it is much more maneuverable than a class A. It drives like a truck, not a school bus!
There are seatbelts for 8 people and it sleeps 8 so this is great for the large family or a group of friends. The unit has a queen size walk-around bed in the rear bedroom, a queen size bed over the cab, and the sofa and dinette both convert into beds. The RV has split bathroom so it has a "human size" shower that is separate from the toilet and sink area. The bathroom has a medicine cabinet, ventilation fan and a 110v outlet like at home. There are additional 110v outlets scattered through the RV as well. The RV has a full kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 3 burner stove, gas oven and a double sink so you have everything you could possibly need for those home cooked meals. Sorry ladies, I know that is not what you want to hear when you are going on vacation! The living room is a nice place to relax and watch HDTV on the swing-out LCD flat screen TV or watch a movie using the included DVD player.

There is an optional kitchen kit which includes: silverware, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, coffee maker, coffee filters, can opener, lighters, dish towels, dish soap, pots and pans, cookie sheets, muffin tins, cooking utensils, picnic supplies, measuring cups, teapot, cutting board, knives, scissors, toilet paper (RV type), paper towels, trash bags, table-top charcoal grill, lighter fluid, bedding for 8, towels for 8, many throw pillows, 10 empty overhead storage bins for your belongings, extra blankets, first aid kit, nitrile gloves (for emptying sewer), two 5’ folding tables, 2 lawn chairs, colored patio lights, 12’ outside area rug, broom, mop, vacuum, clothes hangers, full tool kit, cordless drill, an Igloo cooler, flashlight, and much, much more. We HIGHLY recommend the kit otherwise you’ll be bringing a carload of supplies just to equip it for travel. We camp regularly and after each trip added the things we wished we’d brought. Now it is complete!
The RV is equipped with a huge 16’ retractable awning which is a snap to use. There are external lights and power outlets. We also have a hitch-mounted bike rack/luggage tray for bikes or extra storage (optional – but no charge if you need it). If you want the rack just let us know prior to your pick-up date. There is a full “basement” which has three huge locking access hatches and interior lights. It extends across the width of the entire RV which will fit just about anything you would want to bring (112 cu/ft. total outside storage). The unit has a Cummins electric generator which will provide plenty of 110v power to the RV both when on the road or stopped at a campground if no power is available. The RV is a 30 AMP unit, but we have adapters for 50 AMP and 15 AMP (household plug) services so you are not limited by the amperage at the campgrounds. We also include synthetic motor oil, a funnel, extra fuses, tire gauge, and just about anything you would need for maintenance. We have a water hose with pressure regulator and a 20’ sewer hose with flow-down supports. There are drive-up leveling plates and a three-foot level. We have a full-size spare and road flares in case of a flat.
Averages 8 mpg (depending upon loading weight and hills)
55-gallon fuel tank (roughly 400-450 mile range)
70-gallon propane tank
50-gallon fresh water tank
30-gallon waste tank
30-gallon gray water tank
6-gallon water heater (8-10 minute heat up time between showers)
30,000 BTU heater
Dual Interstate deep-cycle batteries power the 12v systems and are charged when the vehicle or the generator is running.
We keep the RV at our rural home on fully fenced property with motorized gates with security keypads so feel free to park your vehicles on our property while you are gone on vacation. When you drop off the RV you can just drive away!
Insurance is no problem. You can either use your own insurance by obtaining a rider from your insurance company or you can use ours. We have a commercial policy which we can extend to the renters for $20/day. Of course, using your own insurance is less expensive, however, if your company won’t insure the RV (very few do) we’ve got you covered at a very minimal cost. Don't let insurance hold you back from that trip of a lifetime.
We give a complete walk-through before departure to make sure you know how to operate every system in the unit. We also include an instruction manual just in case you weren’t paying attention! Please allow an hour and a half for the walkthrough. If you’re familiar with RVs then 45 minutes should suffice to familiarize you with the specifics of this unit.
We require a $2,000 damage deposit which is fully refundable upon a damage-free return. We ask that the RV be returned clean both inside and out. We will wash the linens and towels and resupply consumables. We will retain $300 of the deposit to have it professionally cleaned if returned dirty.
