The RV is 31' and has 2 slide outs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom for extra room. RVing is a wonderful way to vacation with family. Create your own adventure with this bunkhouse. It can sleep 10 people but keep in mind it only has 7 seatbelts so when traveling all passengers must have an available seatbelt. You can sleep 6 people without having to use the sofa or dinette. It has a queen size walk around bed in the bedroom and the bedroom has a nice large closet and drawers plus a flat screen TV, queen size bed over the cab, the sofa and dinette both make beds plus it has two bunk beds that are nice. Has a full kitchen with large refridge/freezer, sink, microwave, stove top and oven. Also has a full bathroom with a nice shower and a medicine cabinet. This motor home has a smooth ride and the powerful Ford V-10 engine so it makes climbing hills a breeze. The cruise control makes travel relaxing. It comes with power mirrors, backup camera, electric step and automatic leveling jacks to make living comfortable. The 3 TV's and DVD player are DC powered so you can watch without having to run the generator. We also have a 5-bike carrier and verizon mobile hotspot available for additional fees (subject to availability). If you aren't able to get an insurance binder through your own insurance carrier, you can purchase insurance through our commercial policy through our Insurance carrier for $21.00 per day plus the application fee. The owner of this coach includes the housekeeping set up at no charge so you will have all of the dishes, kitchenware, linens, etc. that you need for your vacation and that is a big bonus!!
